Al-J Flores heads the Sushi Bar Team which features innovative and exciting fusion rolls and sushi plates. Chef Al-J came to us with 8 years of training and experience in the Philippines and many years as a Sushi Chef. Together our Chefs and their twin senses of culinary precision and helpful hospitality are sure to please you and your guests. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Mikael Peeples has been with SakeTumi from its beginning. He has worked with some of the best sushi chefs in the area including Toshi and Al-J, and is known for providing an inquisitive flair to traditional Japanese cuisine in order to bring a unique taste experience to our more adventurous patrons.
